State Capture Inquiry Cyril Ramaphosa Receives First Part Of State Capture Report In 2022 Inquiry Cyril Capture
I State of Capture is my report in terms of section 1821b of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa 1996 and section 31 of the Executive Members Ethics Act and section 81 of the Public Protector Act 1994.

The Commission wishes to announce to the members of the media and the public that it was not able to submit the final volumes of its Report to the President on 15 June 2022 due to certain challenges. Report Vol 6 Part 4 - Recommendations. Although its not the entire report it is only the first part of it.
This PDF report is 355 pages long and 264MB in file size. In a related matter Briefly News also reported that leader of the Democratic Alliance John Steenhuisen calls for President Cyril Ramaphosa and Chief Justice Raymond Zondo to explain the reasons for the postponement of the State Capture. The report will be published shortly after it is presented to the president by Chief Justice Raymond Zondo at the Union Buildings on Wednesday afternoon the presidency said in a statement.
